Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any of the following disciplines:
- Electronics
- Mechanical
- Computer Science
- Mechatronics
2. Experience Required
- Trainee Engineer-I: Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Project Engineer-I: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
Tenure & Allowances
1. Trainee Engineer-I
- Initially engaged for 2 years (extendable up to 3 years based on performance).
- Additional annual allowance of ₹12,000 for medical insurance, attire allowance, and footwear allowance.
2. Project Engineer-I
- Initially engaged for 3 years (extendable up to 4 years based on performance).
- Additional annual allowance of ₹12,000 for medical insurance, attire allowance, and footwear allowance.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualifications & experience.
- Written Test & Personal Interview.
