Probation & Placement

  1. Probation Period: 6 months, during which services may be terminated if performance is unsatisfactory.
  2. Annual Performance Appraisal: Employees must meet performance standards, or their services may be discontinued.
  3. Posting: Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India at existing/future BPCL locations.
