The Government Medical College (GMC) Doda, under the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, invites applications from eligible Domicile and Non-Domicile candidates (Non-PSC/Retired Medical Professionals) for engagement as Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor on an academic arrangement basis as per S.O 364 dated 27-11-2020.

- Tenure:
- Professor & Associate Professor: Initially for three years, extendable up to six years (one year at a time based on performance).
- Assistant Professor: Initially for one year, extendable based on performance.
- Maximum Age Limit: 67 years at the time of application.
- Selection: As per recruitment rules governing the respective posts.

Eligibility Criteria:
Professor:
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 13 years of teaching experience, including Assistant Professor and Associate Professor roles in an NMC-recognized institute.
- Research Publications: At least 4 research papers, with 2 published as an Associate Professor.
Associate Professor:
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 9 years as an Assistant Professor in an NMC-recognized institute.
